Ryan Moravitz began by visiting with Mike Ullmer, owner of Ullmer's Countryside Marine north of Lake Park, MN, about making sure your boat is ready for the fishing opener. Our hosts then joined the Diocese of New Ulm's Fr. Matthew Wiering to talk about a different type of fishing...fishing of men. Finally, Fr. Kunst and Fr. Michel Mulloy were joined in-studio by Jim Kinyon and Natalie Lecy of Catholic Social Services in Rapid City to talk about their exciting new $1.4 million grant that they received for the Uplifting Parents Program (Program UP). Our hosts then joined the Diocese of Bismarck's Fr. Keith Streifel for our Sunday Gospel preview, to learn more about what Jesus meant when He said, "If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask for whatever you want and it will be done for you."

In the first hour, hosts Andy Shaw and Fr. Michel Mulloy began by visiting with Chris Faddis about a cost sharing program that covers you and your family for the health insurance requirement, plus protects your conscience as a Catholic. Our hosts then visited with the Diocese of Duluth's Fr. Joel Hastings about the season of Easter, on questions including: why it's called "Easter" and why it goes so long. Finally, Andy and Fr. Mike joined Chris Motz of the South Dakota Catholic Conference to hear about what happened with two pro-life bills that went before the state legislature this year.

In the second hour, host Tim Mosser visited with Rory Beil of Clay County Public Health about a new program called "Building Compassionate Schools." The two talked about how the program can help build a network of support in public schools for children dealing with the trauma of abuse, neglect, or family dysfunction. Our host then joined Nancy Jo Sullivan to hear her story of the difficult and incredible blessing of raising a child with Down Syndrome.

Tim then spoke with the Diocese of Crookston's Deacon Steve Thomas about spiritual direction and why it's something we should consider as we work to discover where the Lord wants to lead us in life. Finally, our host sat down with Jennifer Anderson of Catholic Charities North Dakota to talk about the Catholic way to look at shame and guilt.
