In the first hour, hosts Andy Shaw, and Fr. Michael Mulloy recapped the Men In Black basketball game, which took place last night in Rapid City. They also visited with Jim Kinyon, Natalie Lecy, and Trivia Afraid-of-Lighting from Catholic Social Services about Program Up. Fr. Andrew Ricci of the Diocese of Superior talked about how to make Lent holy.

In the second hour, host Tim Mosser joined Maria Novak and Jessi Hohlfeld from Superior, WI to talk about their trip to the March for Life in Washington, D.C. Then, Rachelle Sauvageau, Diocese of Fargo Respect Life Director, shared her experience at the March for Life and previewed the upcoming Pro-Life Luncheon featuring Teresa Tomeo. Finally, Tim visited with Dr. Paul Opperman about Catholic Collage and this year's courses that are being offered to help adults grow in their faith.

In the first hour, host Tim Mosser visited with Dr. Spencer Berry of Medical Weight Loss Specialists in Fargo about keeping our New Year's resolutions for the long haul. Our host then joined Tim Brooke and Gabe Suda of Sacred Heart School in East Grand Forks, MN to talk about the upcoming Know Your Faith Competition. Finally, Tim spoke with Fr. Brian Christensen and Kale Landguth about next week's Men in Black Basketball Game in the Diocese of Rapid City.

In the second hour, hosts Brad Gray and Brandon Clark continued previewing this year's Know Your Faith Competition as they spoke with Fr. Jordan Dosch and Sarah Mayer from Trinity High School in Dickinson. Brad and Brandon then joined Patti Armstrong and Meike Engelhardt to talk about this year's Women's Simple Lenten Retreat in Bismarck. Finally, our hosts were joined by Bob Seigel, Moorhead Knights of Columbus Grand Knight, to visit about this year's "Clergy Night" in Moorhead.

In the first hour, hosts Brad Gray and Brandon Clark began by visiting with Dr. Todd Ferguson of Prairie Naturopathic Doctors about some tips for staying healthy during the winter months. Brad and Brandon then spoke with the Diocese of New Ulm's Sr. Candace Fier, ISSM about the March for Life that takes place in St. Paul, MN. Finally, our hosts were joined by Fr. Jared Johnson and Summer Sturm from St. Mary's Central High School in Bismarck to talk about the 9th annual Know Your Faith Competition.
