In the second hour, hosts Andy Shaw and Fr. Michel Mulloy visited with the Diocese of Fargo's Bishop John Folda about what would cause a person to betray the one they love and hand them over to die, as Bishop reflected on Judas' betrayal. Andy and Fr. Mulloy were then joined by the Diocese of Rapid City's Deacon Marlon Leneaugh to talk about if it's possible to be a practicing Catholic and still have your Native American culture and traditions. Finally, seminarian Eric Seitz shared what he learned about the inability of the apostles to stay awake during Jesus' agony in the Garden of Gethsemane, after an all-night experience of his own with Jesus in the tomb.
In the first hour, we began with host Andy Shaw sharing his incredible and scary experience with the demonic, as he stepped into an area of prayer that Satan wanted him to run from. Andy and Fr. Michel Mulloy then visited with clinical psychologist Dr. James Link to discuss the root cause of school shootings. Finally, our hosts were joined by the Diocese of Rapid City's Bishop Robert Gruss to talk about why Catholics eat the Most Precious Body and drink the Most Precious Blood of Jesus.
In the first hour, host Tim Mosser visited with Scott Kreitinger of Advanced Collision Center in Dickinson, ND to find out about some of the hazards to watch for with your vehicles as we head into warmer weather. Tim then spoke with Brad Hahn about a Catholic solution to healthcare called Solidarity HealthShare. Finally, our host spoke with Brendan Case about having our hearts set on fire for the Lord and the upcoming Parish Mission he will be leading at Holy Spirit Church in Fargo.
In the second hour, host Fr. James Gross visited with Fr. Bernard Schneider, Frank Svezia, and Val Riepe about how we can help those working through the loss of a spouse, despite not experiencing that type of loss ourselves. Fr. Gross then spoke with Eric Groth, one of the producers of the new feature film "Paul, the Apostle of Christ". Eric talked about his journey in film-making and what it's like to be a practicing Catholic in the lion's den known as Hollywood. Finally, our host joined the Diocese of Superior's Fr. Jim Kinney to talk about how we "carry our cross" when it seems like we are collapsing underneath its weight.
In the first hour, host Fr. James Gross began by visiting with the Diocese of Fargo's Deacon Stu Longtin about how he is giving back to our local community through a winter activity that he has enjoyed for many years. Fr. Gross then joined Nadia Smetana of Dakota Hope Clinic in Minot, ND to talk about the staggering health risks that women face following an abortion. Finally, our host had a chance to talk with Scott Fischbach of Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life about the life-saving practice that pregnancy medical clinics and most abortion facilities use and how one change in how the abortion facilities use it could save the lives of babies.
