We also talked about the local March for Life in Minneapolis-St. Paul with Janelle Roe and her son Noah.

In the second hour, we talked with Tim Brooke and Kloe Wavra from Sacred Heart School in East Grand Forks, MN about their upcoming first visit to the Know Your Faith State Competition. We also spoke with Martin Nussbaum, General Counsel representing the Catholic Benefits Association and the Diocese of Fargo, a group of employers committed to providing life-affirming health coverage consistent with Catholic teaching. Among the topics covered, he explained more about a lawsuit that was recently filed against rules that require Catholic dioceses, including the Diocese of Fargo, religious orders, and other Catholic employers to cover gender transition surgeries and their group insurers to cover surgical abortions in their health plans. He also talked about why, practically speaking, this lawsuit should be important to us as Catholics.
