Jason Lefor was joined in-studio by Jill Chandler to talk about how places like the Women's Pregnancy Center in Grand Forks offer support, information, and resources for women facing unplanned pregnancies. Fr. Lefor then visited with Aaron Morman about praying the rosary in a way that focuses on patriotism and the well-being of our nation. Finally, our host joined Fr. James Kubicki, SJ to talk about promoting a healthy Catholic faith on Native American reservations, specifically the Rosebud Reservation.

Tim Smith were joined by Dr. Marcie Moran of the Diocese of Sioux Falls to talk about Seasonal Affective Disorder and what we can do to help curb the effects of the cold weather on us. Our hosts then spoke with Jan Feterl of the Catholic Community Foundation of Eastern South Dakota to get a recap of recent events and to look ahead to one special event that you won't want to miss this Christmas. Finally, our hosts visited with Renee Zurn about the beauty of handmade items and the upcoming Fall Market at St. Mary Star of the Sea Church in Duluth.

Tim Smith began by visiting with Kathy Doll about one of the most exquisite sites to see in Rochester, the historic Mayowood home, which was built by the founder of Mayo Clinic. Our hosts then joined the Diocese of Rapid City's Fr. Ed Witt to talk about the lives of Sts. John de Brébeuf and Isaac Jogues and what we can learn from their faithfulness, despite being tortured for not renouncing God. Finally, Heather and Fr. Tim spoke with Pat Engelhardt about the important role that the Knights of Columbus play in our local communities.

Finally, Brad and Jeanine visited with Eric Gallagher of the Diocese of Sioux Falls about helping young people who desire to grow in their prayer life and how a retreat called "Going Deeper" can help with this.
