This Saturday evening October 19th The Duluth Catholic Creatives Guild presents a special screening of Unplanned, with special guest: actor Kaiser Johnson. Unplanned is the new hit pro-life film about former Planned Parenthood director Abby Johnson and her conversion story. Kaiser Johnson plays lawyer Jeff Paradowski in the film. The Talk begins at 6:30pm, with the film immediately following. A $5 donation is suggested. That’s this Saturday October 19th at the Cathedral in Duluth!

You’re invited to the annual KC Hunter’s Breakfast on Sunday, October 20th at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Ipswich, South Dakota. Not only do we have the best Pheasant hunting in the nation - we have the best Breakfast! We'll start with Mass 9AM, followed by breakfast for hunters of all ages. During breakfast we’ll raffle a shotgun, a rifle, and an air rifle. Pheasant hunting opens at NOON in the State so come pray and have breakfast with us before you hit the field. It’s the annual “KC Hunter’s Breakfast" Sunday, October 20th at Holy Cross parish in Ipswich. Proceeds will benefit the Holy Cross KC Council.

The day begins with 9:00 am Sunday Mass, Followed by breakfast at Holy Cross Parish available until 11:30 am. There will be food and refreshments for hunters and families of all ages. Breakfast is a Freewill Donation. Raffle tickets will be available for chances to win a Shotgun, a Rifle, and an Air Rifle; with proceeds from the event benefiting the Knights of Columbus Council of Holy Cross. There will be guests from around the nation staying at area hunting lodges and you are welcome to get in on the Pheasant Hunting action and to join us for Sunday Mass and a meal. The Diocese of Duluth and the local Catholic Medical Association Chapter, the St. Raphael’s Guild will be offering a White Mass for Health Care Workers at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary in Duluth on October 20th. 

Bishop Paul Sirba will offer a blessing to area health care providers during the Mass, which begins at 10:30 AM, and will be followed by a free reception in the social hall in the Cathedral. For more information visit the St. Raphael Guild website at www.duluthcathmed.org.

Russell Kovash at St. Joseph's Church in Williston invites you to join him every Thursday evening beginning September 12th, from 6:20 to 8:00 pm as he explains what Catholics believe, why they believe it, and how the faith perfectly coincides with reason. suicide? 

The North Dakota Board for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention will be hosting “Soul Shop” which provides training and support to pastors, priests, ministry leaders or anyone who wants to address suicide from a faith perspective. It will be held 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. October 24th at the Hjemkomst Center in Moorhead.
